This #6 Vollrath Jacob's Pride 47139 white disher has a bowl capacity of 5-1/3 oz. and a molded, one-piece handle that improves durability, makes cleaning easy and prevents handle from coming apart. It also has an 18-8 stainless steel bowl and components to prevent corrosion and insure longer life. These dishers have color-coded handles for no- guess size selection and accurate portions. The extended grooved handle provides a sure grip for comfortable use and the blade extends beyond bowl to prevent sticking. It is dishwasher safe, made in the U.S.A. and NSF certified. They come with a limited lifetime warranty. This disher has a bowl diameter of 3 1/8" and an overall length of 9 7/8".
