This Zurn Elkay Z535-4NH 12" square drain is an excellent solution when you need a heavy-duty drainage solution! Perfect for parking lots and garages, it comes with a 12" square anti-tilt hinged slotted grate that allows water to easily pass through and into the drain's plumbing. The 16 3/4" acid-resistant aluminum body is oven-cured and epoxy-coated for long-lasting durability. It includes a clamping collar, anti-ponding slots, and a sediment bucket as well as a 4" no-hub outlet that easily connects to your facility's drainage system.
