This pump features a durable, cast iron constructed pump housing for a long life and an engineered thermoplastic impeller that's also designed for durability. This M314 model is ideal for removing water from water heaters, power washing, water transfer, and adding propylene glycol antifreeze to radiant heating lines.

This sump pump is non-submersible and has a carbon ceramic shaft seal. With a handle on the prime plug, this pump allows for easy priming with no tools required, and an on / off switch is easily accessible on the motor housing. Permanently lubricated ball bearings ensure your unit runs efficiently and it comes with a 20' power cord. This nonautomatic model includes brass, lead-free garden hose adapters, a suction screen, and an extra set of brushes. Its maximum temperature for dewatering is 104 degrees Fahrenheit. It also features cast iron upper and lower sleeve bearings running in a bath of oil as well as a carbon and ceramic shaft seal. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor, this sump pump has a 3/4" NPT discharge and air cooling. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
