This is a nice small whipped cream dispenser! Lightweight and easy to use! Product cools quickly in ice water! Nice for flavoring foams as a garnish!

The Whip-it SS plus 71 is a great tool it is very well made. If you don't have one try it the uses are endless when it comes to whipped toppings.

Very solidly constructed. 1/2 L is good for home use, fits in the fridge door, and only needs 1 N2 cartridge per charge (vs. 1L needs 2). Any leftover cream, and there isn't much, can be scraped out with a spatula. Almost zero waste compared to conventional whipped cream cannisters and it will pay for itself in a few years.

This stainless steel cream whipper is ideal for whipping cream, but also for so much more. Use it for creating gourmet foams, quick infusions, and warm and cool treats. Be sure to buy extra chargers so you can experiment.

This is a high quality well made product. Product works perfectly; I have tried some of the recipe's that were supplied with unit. Like the size and feel of the 1/2 liter vs larger 1 liter.

This size whipped cream dispenser has worked really well for our business. It holds at least 2 cups of cream and lasts for several days.
