Whip-It 1 Liter Professional Cream Whipper

This is one of those items you don't know you need until you've used it. Since purchasing my first one, I've given at least 5 as gifts. Who doesn't love whipped cream? On desserts, in coffee, etc. If you're making whipped cream the "old fashioned way" you must chill your beaters/whisk, bowl and whipped cream in the freezer (good luck finding enough space for those things), then beat or whisk into whipped cream. If you want anything other than a spoonful of whipped cream, you must put it into a piping bag. So at least 30 minutes from whipped cream thought to whipped cream eat. With the Whip-it, you measure your heavy cream, pour it into the canister, add any flavoring and/or sweetener, screw on the top, charge it with the gas, give it a few shakes, and lovely whipped cream emerges, with a lovely design from the tips included, right onto your ice cream sundae, your hot coffee, your apple pie, and so on. This ia a great kitchen tool and makes a wonderful gift for the cook who loves gadgets.

Worked well, but wish they left the bottle raw, when it came in there was white paint chipped off. Aside from the cosmetics it works very well. The only thing is, you must use the recommended amount of cream for a 1 liter bottle, can not make smaller batches.

This is perfect for making much more than just classic flavored whipped cream! Great for making flavored foams and even the perfect hollandaise sauce in the morning!!!

We do not always have success with this item. Not sure if it is the product, the cartridges or our chef.....We do really enjoy it when all goes our way. May be if we would take the time to look for a video to learn from.

This is an amazing cream whipper!! The price is lower than it should be because this product is worth more! Having the one liter size is really nice because we don't have to refill it as much!

A great price for this whipper! Nice to have the 1 liter size so we don't have to refill as much. Need to use 2 chargers though!

Don't let the low price fool you, this is a high quality item. I purchased the cream whipper to infuse vodka with various flavors and it worked like a charm. I have a chocolate vodka, a coconut-lime vodka and an almond joy flavored vodka today all in under 30 minutes. Note - I'd never before used this type of tool. The instructions were clear enough for me to do this on the first try. The cream whipper included two nozzles for those times one actually produces whipped cream, mousse or similar treats. It was very easy to use and a breeze to clean. This item is going on my list of things to give as gifts.

Essential for any serious kitchen and at the best price I could find anywhere. Flavoring the cream with a little powered sugar and flavor extracts makes for a versatile desert enhancement.

It is an awesome dispenser. Just the right size for our big parties. People are amazed at this little tool. It is a very practical color.
