This floor fryer features 9000 watts of heating potential to quickly cook your most popular dishes and sides, and its sleek, compact design is designed to conserve both kitchen space and fryer oil. With its programmable auto-lift function, this fryer also automatically removes food from the oil after a set period of time, and you can save up to seven different cook times and temperatures for consistent results across your menu.

The pot is made of spun stainless steel and can hold up to 55 lb. of oil, while the nickel-plated perforated basket has a detachable handle to make it easy to insert and remove from the fryer. It comes with automatic oil temperature control for consistency, and the flat bar element is made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability. The included oil filtration system is easy to use and drastically increases the life of your oil, and the attached cover opens and closes automatically with the basket.
