This griddle features 32000 watts of heating power and enclosed tubular elements to ensure even, controlled heating of the cooking surface. Eight positive-off thermostats on the front of the unit let you adjust temperature at any time and each is fitted with a guard ring to prevent accidental temperature changes. The removable splashguard and grease drawers also let you quickly clean up at the end of the day.
