Compatible with all Vulcan cooking equipment that has an oven or cabinet base, each caster features a rugged steel base with a zinc finish to help prevent rust and corrosion, while a polypropylene wheel provides excellent support for your equipment. Two of the casters even feature a brake so that you can easily move your equipment for cleaning, and keep it securely in place during operation.
