Details

Cover your food to keep it cold or attractively display appetizers with this innovative, dual purpose Vollrath 82008 round bowl cover / display tray! When used as a cover, it sits firmly on top of a Vollrath double wall round bowl to retain food's chilled temperature; to serve your clients in style, take it off the bowl and load it up with shrimp or fresh fruit.

Made from 18-8 stainless steel, the tray is designed with a satin-finished edge and mirror-finished center. It has a 11 3/16" inside diameter.

Fits all Vollrath 46592 and 46668 bowls.
