What is the proper technique for cleaning my blender jar?
Due to the metal construction of their drive components, blender jars are a hand wash only item. They should not be run through a dishwasher, and care should be taken to avoid directly spraying the bottom of the container with a high pressure pre-rinse faucet. For best results, clean the bottom of the jar with a washcloth and a mild detergent or sanitizer when needed.

It's made of shatterproof, BPA-free Eastman Tritan™ copolyester that will accommodate both hot and cold ingredients. This specialized blender jar is designed to whip delicate blends like whipped cream, emulsions, and foams. The disc blade creates an extra gentle, smooth blend with a minimum of noise.
The container is marked with cup, oz., and mL measurements for perfect measuring accuracy. The lid has an easily removable lid plug so you can add ingredients as you go. The lid locks into place for safety. The mini tamper is included for tamping down ingredients for a smoother and more even blend. Use this durable blender jar to make beautiful, specialized blends that will impress your guests for years to come! Intended for commercial use only, this blender jar is compatible with Vitamix 36019, 36021, 62826, and 62827.
