We have the longest warranty of any commercial grill manufacturer in the United States of America. For ten years, if something would go wrong with a burner or a cooking grid, we replace it for free. (Guaranteed.) Now we could never do that if they actually wore out, so they do last. The body of the unit actually has a lifetime warranty.
Seasoning The Grill
The best thing to do is actually to take vegetable oil - and I have it down there because I seasoned these units before we used it - take vegetable oil, if you have a pastry brush - preferably one that has boar bristle because nylon will melt - you take it and you spread it on the cooking grids, heat the grill up. Turn it on, let it get, you know, let it get hot, turn it off, take cooking oil, spread it on there one more time, turn it on, let it heat up, and you should be good to go.
Do I have to assemble it? No. It comes fully assembled on a skid.
Everything slides on and off of the unit, including the hood, the griddle. So a customer can order this with some accessories, and you can use it to roast, you can use it to charbroil, you can use it to griddle, you can use it as a smoker, a rotisserie, a hot food table - we have steam pan adapters that you can put on it. So you can use it in a lot of different ways.
And then you can see that the pans actually self-tilt, and there's a drain on it so you can drain the water into a bucket because trying to hold this pan with water in it is really hard. You're going to end up all over. So you drain the water out first. Every unit has a water pan with a drain.
This is part of the AGA approval - the fire marshal. So somebody might call and ask you and say, you know, so-and-so my fire marshal was in and that my - the propane tank has to be at least 10 feet away from the unit. Yes, that is true if it's not attached to the unit. So if it's attached to the unit, that's how you get AGA approval on this unit. Because what the fire marshal does not want to happen is to somebody to roll the grill and pull the tank over. So even when it - the- when you have a unit when the tank is away from the unit - we have models like that too that have big, tall propane tanks - they have to be secured. And what secured means to the fire marshal is, like, a chain. They can't tip over. So there usually hast o be a post in the ground, a tree, a fence, a building - they have to be secured in a way that they're not going to tip over.
