    This channeling knife is great to have for the bar. A drink always looks better with a garnish and this tool makes it super easy.

    we do a lot of catering here and having the tools for the job is a must. with this we have the right tool and at a super value.

    This channel knife is a good addition to any home bar. It cuts a sturdy lemon (or any citrus) strand that can be twisted without breaking and used to garnish a variety of drinks. I recommend purchasing this item.

    Good channel knife! Great for garnishes! works wonders with carrots, a vegetable that can be sometimes difficult to deal with! Great price! Good for long strands of citrus zest too!!

    I searched far and wide for one of these and wish I had purchased more than one. Very easy to use with a good comfortable grip. I would definitely reccomend this to all of my friends.
