    Of all my several hunderd dollars worth of knives this has to be my favorite. Its light, durable, and well balanced. The knife size is perfect for anyjob short of slicing a roast. I've gone from veggies, to bread, to seafood prep with this one and it has served me well. Would give 6 stars if I could!

    good little chef knife, all my prep guys kept asking for a smaller chef knife and for the price this one is a great bargin
