This 2 1/4" bird's beak paring knife from Victorinox can be used to peel any type of fruit. Also known as a tourner knife, this blade is perfect for creating intricate garnishes and precise cuts for elaborate presentations. A tourne cut is most commonly used to prepare potatoes, carrots, or squash, giving these formless vegetables a defined, blunt-ended football shape when they are being served as part of a main entrée. This knife features a blade made of high-carbon stainless steel that will not discolor or corrode, and it also has a black, hygienic nylon handle.

I absolutely love this knife for peeling! It is really the best and makes the whole process so much easier. It is extremely sharp so it creates no hassle at all, just be careful not to cut yourself. One of my favorite knives now!

A great knife for peeling and garnish work. It will stay very sharp. The nylon handle allows you easy cleaning over a similar blade with a wooden handle. The price cant be beat either.

this is really now a bad peeling knife. As expensive as the can get, this keeps up with my buddy's global very well. one quick polishing stone, and it was solid, and for a cheaper cost.

this is a great knife for getting skin free from under a deer/elk's antler burr. dont hesitate to buy, holds an edge and sharpens easy.
