It is made of high carbon stainless steel that will not discolor or corrode and has a red alox handle. This folding baker's knife also comes with a carrying case for easy storage and will fit right into your pocket. Its overall length is 3 1/2" folded and 6 1/4" open.

    This knife is perfect for making Artisan breads!! Great for scoring baguettes and sourdough loaves!!! Easy to fold and keep in pocket for quick access!!!
