    I have had this knife for a long time now and I must say it is a great knife. The handle is my favorite one I have in my set it's comfortable and doesn't slip when wet. The blade holds it's edge very well. I swear by this knife when it comes to anything that has to do with butchering or carving. I have used more expensive knives that coworkers have had, and it's my feeling that they have wasted their money.

    Here is the ideal knife for carving, my chef loves it so much he hides it from the other cooks so they don't ruin it in him.
