From the makers of the revolutionary Swiss army knife, these Victorinox 10" heavy duty stainless steel poultry shears make an easy task of skillfully cutting up duck and chopping hens for stock! Their slightly curved design not only smoothly slices through the meat and fat of turkey, chicken, and duck, but also enables them to be used to trim artichokes and other vegetables!

These shears also boast a spring-hinged mechanism to prevent hand-strain through a long day of snipping and slicing. Non-slip handles include a lock to secure the 4" pointed blades when not in use. These stainless steel shears will not corrode or rust, ensuring they have a long service life in your commercial kitchen.

    There are certain situations when a pair of shears is just what you need. These shears are great and perfect for such occasions. They have stayed sharp and moved very fluidly since we opened them.

    This sturdy stainless steel pair of poultry shears makes breaking down chicken a lot easier! Its a lot more affordable than the Wusthof look a like! Same quality!!
