This knife is designed for smooth and easy slicing, plus, it will not discolor or corrode. It is also equipped with a simple, black Fibrox handle that is NSF Listed.

    Great Blade, Swiss made with a great handle. Good for chopping, slicing, an all around good knife. Really holds an edge. Well worth more then you pay for it.

    This is a very well made butcher knife. It has sharpness and works great in my kitchen. I highly recommend to someone who doesn't want to spend a fortune on their knives.

    This is a very reasonably priced knife that works very well. Our classes include butchery and we've used this knife in breaking down whole animals and in finer cuts. In all uses it's worked extremely well, and makes the job easier.
