Compatible with any bag with larger dimensions but specifically made to replace the shelf that comes with the Vesture large thermal catering / delivery system, this shelf allows you to divide interior spaces to keep food more neatly organized when stacking items and transporting food in general. Tabs integrated on the underside of the shelf are designed to hold the LavaPac electric heating element (sold separately). The shelf is especially useful for hot food in particular, as it helps to circulate heat from the LavaPac electric heating element (sold separately) to the rest of the bag to keep food temperature hot and consistent.

Featuring a durable, lightweight aluminum construction, the shelf provides rigid structural support within delivery bags but won't significantly increase your load. Carrying straps on the sides of shelf make removal from and insertion into bags a breeze, while the elastic cross straps provide a way to secure delivery containers on top the shelf to keep them stationary.
