After founders Robbie and Steve were tired of the constant crashing from unhealthy energy beverages, the two partnered with a 12th generation expert tea master in Japan to make a proprietary blend of ceremonial and organic matcha that tasted delicious with just water. Tenzo's green tea plants are grown in Kagoshima, Japan, on the island of Kyushu.
