Designed to fit most 24" wide gas and electric griddles, this rail mounts on the front of your unit and allows you to hold a variety of 1/3, 1/6, and 1/9 food pans up to 8" deep. Keep peppers and bacon bits ready for a breakfast omelet, or tomatoes and onions to top off a burger as it's plated- you can change out the pans as your menu changes through the day without affecting your workflow!
Installation is easy, too, and it includes a wrench and nuts for mounting. And since the rail is made from durable, corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel with a welded frame, you can be sure it will last you a long time! The depth is adjustable from 8" - 13" to fit your needs.
