The twin fryer basket with front hook is made of 1.5mm thick heavy duty nickel plated wire, with a reinforced base for added durability. It also features a cool touch coated handle.

    I built a custom fryer and the baskets worked perfectly. They were sturdy and easy to manage. I would recommend these baskets for anyone to purchase.
