Its stainless steel exterior is both durable and easy to clean, and comes with a 3 1/2" backsplash to protect your walls while you're working. Two stainless steel drawers allow you to keep pans (sold separately) of ingredients handy at all times. The 1/4 hp compressor, R-134a refrigerant and high density polyurethane insulation help this unit maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
