Consistent Refrigeration System
Its innovative cold air compartment and gas condensate system help deliver consistent temperature control. Thanks to a forced air system, cold air flows around the pan area to ensure that the proper temperature reaches the front, top, and rear of the pan to maintain safe food temperatures even when the lid is open.
Unique Self-Maintenance
This unit also features Turbo Air's revolutionary self-cleaning condenser system, which automatically cleans the condenser by moving a rotating brush up and down across its surface 2-3 times per day. This process eliminates the need to manually clean the condenser every few weeks and prevents dust from building up on the coils. In turn, this feature reduces the stress on the compressor and the risk of it breaking down.
Spacious Cutting Board
The unit's cutting board is 19-1/4” deep and 1/2” thick to provide ample working space, and it is made durable, sanitary LDPE (low-density polyethylene). The new side rail cutting board bracket makes it easy to secure and remove the cutting board when you need to clean it.
Intelligent Compressor Design
A side-mounted, front-breathing compressor, which packs 2/3 hp, significantly aids in maintaining food-safe holding temperatures. It also allows you to place the unit closer to the wall than other comparable models, saving precious aisle space and creating layout flexibility.
Mobile Casters
This unit comes with (4) 4" swivel casters, which increase the mobility of the unit and allow for easier transportation and maintenance. Two of the casters lock to keep the cabinet in place.
Spacious Interior
The underneath, two-section cabinet sports a generous 20 cu. ft. of space, along with a set of 4 adjustable, polyethylene-coated wire shelfs to improve organization.
