The energy-efficient, state-of-the-art Turbo Air TAS-12NH mini ductless split-type wall mount heat pump is the perfect choice for all your spot cooling and spot heating needs! This self-contained package, rated S.E.E.R. 13, includes a separate evaporator for indoor use and condenser for outdoor use, and the evaporator mounts on the wall to save valuable indoor floor space. Because the indoor unit only runs at 42dB, slightly less than the noise of a whisper, this heat pump won't interrupt or drown out any conversation, making it perfect to spot cool or spot heat board rooms and other meeting areas.

This wall mount heat pump goes the extra mile with a variety of innovative features designed to keep you comfortable and healthy. Soft Dry Operation mode dehumidifies the air as it cools to keep occupants comfortable even during the hottest months, and a deodorizing filter helps keep any room smelling pleasant. This unit also contains an anti-bacterial filter to defend against airborne allergens and illness.

An easy to read self diagnostic function allows you to identify and tend to any potential problems without shelling out money for a mechanic or technician, and Auto Operation mode and a convenient wireless remote allow you to apply and change settings from the comfort of your chair. And for the energy-conscious buyer, sleep mode helps you save electricity and money by consuming less energy during off hours.

The TAS-12NH has a capacity of 12000 BTUs per hour and can cool 400 cubic feet per minute. This unit must be hard wired. It uses 1/2" diameter gas pipes in the evaporator and 1/4" diameter liquid pipes in the condenser to efficiently cycle the eco-friendly R410A refrigerant. The indoor and outdoor units have a maximum distance of 49 feet from one another, and the outdoor condensing unit can be mounted up to 16 feet high without losing heating or cooling capabilities.
