This T&S B-7132-U01WS8TC 35' open stainless steel hose reel with surface-mount hose reel cabinet comes with everything you need to install a brand new hose reel in your facility! This kit features an open stainless steel hose reel with a 4+ GPM spray valve and 35' hose, providing the power to blast away stubborn soil and debris, and the reach to get water exactly where you need it. The multi-fit bracket is designed for wall, ceiling, or under-counter mounting, and the convenient swing bracket allows the reel to pivot as you move the hose, reducing wear and tear on the hose. The reel's ratcheting system makes it easy to pull out what you need, and then retract it with a slight tug when you're done.

The 32" tall stainless steel cabinet provides an easy way to install and enclose all of the plumbing connections needed to operate your hose reel, which makes them easy to access and easy to maintain. It features separate control valves for the hot and cold water lines, and a main valve for the mixed supply water to the reel. The valves come with Cerama ceramic cartridges, which offer enhanced durability and a much lower fail rate compared to the compression cartridges standard throughout much of the industry. Enclosed within the cabinet, 1/2" NPT top-facing female union inlets connect to your facility's water lines, while check valves prevent cross flow of hot and cold water. Keyed supply stops also give you a way to completely shut off water upstream of the main control valves, without affecting water flow to the rest of your building.

Above the cabinet, a 25" tall riser assembly carries the mixed hot / cold water to the reel, with a 36" flexible water hose to give you plenty of flexibility in where you install the reel. It also includes a vacuum breaker, and a 3/8" NPT male quick disconnect outlet on the hose. The cabinet is surface-mounted so that you don't need to make a cutout in the wall. A 6" wall bracket helps to stabilize the riser assembly.
