Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?

A: The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 1 (5 ozf or less) – Max Flow Rate: 1 GPM
Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM
Product Class 3 (over 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.28 GPM

These regulations do not impact spray valves made before January 28, 2019, and are implemented by the US Department of Energy in an effort to improve energy conservation.

How is the pre-rinse hose length measured?

Unless otherwise specified, the quoted hose length includes any grips or connectors at the end of the hose, so the actual working length of the hose may be slightly less than described. Please refer to the product's specsheet for more detailed dimensions.

What measurements do I need to install a faucet?

When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.

Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.

This T&S B-0133-CR-BJ-SK EasyInstall wall mount mixing faucet base with 18" riser and pre-rinse unit with 1.07 GPM spray valve offers exceptional cleaning power! The pre-rinse unit features a 44" flexible stainless steel hose for superior durability in any setting, while the 1.07 GPM spray valve is designed to deliver maximum spray power and minimal utility costs. A heat-resistant handle protects the user's hands while the spring holds the hose in place and provide additional support without limiting mobility. It attaches to the base with an 18" riser and a 6" adjustable wall bracket.

With adjustable centers from 7 3/4" to 8 1/4", the chrome-plated brass 8" mixing faucet base features an EasyInstall configuration for simplified setup. It connects using 1/2" NPT female eccentric inlets with 2" flanges and the 1/2" NPT male elbow installation kit. The lever handles are built with color-coded indexes to allow for quick water temperature identification. Additionally, quarter-turn Cerama cartridges with check valves prevent the crossflow of water to keep your unit running properly.
