Details

With two drawers and two doors, the True TWT-93D-2 deep work top refrigerator allows you to keep ingredients and prepped foods close at hand! An oversize, balanced environmentally friendly CFC-free 134A refrigeration system backed by a 1/2 hp compressor maintains a food-safe 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit in the cabinet. The entire cabinet's foamed-in-place, environmentally friendly "Ecomate" high density polyurethane insulation ensures superb temperature retention and maximum energy efficiency.

The True TWT-93D-2 two drawer two door work top refrigerator features a durable stainless steel front, top and ends, with a matching aluminum back. Its one piece top and backsplash eliminates gaps where food particles and bacteria could be trapped. The NSF Approved white aluminum interior liner is complemented by a 300 series stainless steel floor with coved corners. Each drawer can accommodate two full size 12"W x 20"L x 8"D food pans (sold separately). Each door section comes with two adjustable heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves for flexible storage, for a total of four shelves per unit.

The deep True TWT-93D-2 work top refrigerator requires a 115V electrical connection, and is UL and NSF Listed. For additional details and installation requirements, please consult the Specification Sheet.

    It's exactly what you would expect, a reliable piece of kitchen equipment. The only downside is they only provide you with two cross bars for the chef drawers. So you can only use hotel pans or 1/3 pans, you have to order additional bars to be able to use 1/6 or 1/9 pans.
