doors and 6 adjustable, vinyl-
coated wire shelves. The True
TSU-72-30M-B uses an
oversized (134A)
refrigeration system with air
flow directed at the pans, to
ensure colder temperatures.
It holds temperatures between
33 degrees and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
The front, top,
and sides of the TSU-72-30M-B
are stainless steel and the
back has an aluminum finish.
It has a stainless steel,
foam- insulated cover to keep
pans colder. The interior has
NSF-approved, white vinyl-
coated aluminum sides and
top, coved corners and a
stainless steel floor. This
True TSU-72-30M-B has an 8
7/8" wide, full-length,
removable cutting board. It
has (1/6 size) 6" x 6" x 4"
clear, polycarbonate, insert
pans included. It can also
accommodate 6" and 8" deep
pans. The overall size of the
TSU-72-30M-B is 72 3/8"W x 30
1/8"D x 43"H, and it comes
with 5" casters. It comes
with a one year warranty on
parts, one year on labor and
an additional four years on
the compressor only (no

About Common Carrier Shipments: We want your delivery to go smoothly, so we kindly ask that you read the
following tips:
(1) When your delivery arrives, how are you going to remove it from the delivery truck? Please keep in mind that the truck driver does not have to help you. Since you are reading this, it is likely that you are ordering an item that is heavy or bulky. If this is the case, we highly recommend that you select the lift gate delivery option when you place your order. This will ensure that the truck that makes your delivery is equipped with a lift gate which can safely lower heavy freight from the truck down to ground level. If you have a delivery dock or a forklift it is likely that you do not need a lift gate delivery. Not sure if you need a lift gate? Please contact us before you place your order, and we will be glad to make a recommendation.
(2) Have a plan in place for getting equipment into your building and set in place. This is completely your responsibility. The truck driver definitely will not help with this! Check the spec sheet before placing your order, to ensure that it will physically fit through your doorways, under ceilings, etc.
(3) When your delivery arrives you will be asked to sign the bill of lading. By signing the bill of lading, you are saying that you have received the product, and it is in good condition. So it is very important that you inspect your merchandise before you sign for it! If there is any damage to the product or the packaging, you must write “Product Damaged” clearly on the bill of lading before signing it! Following these instructions will make it possible for us to help you resolve the problem.
(4) We ship via a variety of freight carriers. We want you to be prepared to receive your delivery when it arrives, so we won’t “keep you in the dark!” We will email the freight carrier name and tracking number to you on the business day after your product ships.
