The TPP is True's pizza prep table line. TPPs come in the following sizes: 44, 60, 67, 93, and 119 inch. TPPs come standard with one row of 1/3 size pans to store larger quantities of ingredients. The countertop pan opening is designed to fit varying sizes of pan configurations up to 6" deep with available pan divider bars. When the pans are not in use, they can simply be covered by the stainless steel patented foam insulated lid, which keeps pan temperatures colder, locks in freshness, and minimizes condensation. Made with quality metals, TPPs have a stainless steel front, top, and sides with an aluminum back. They come with an extra deep 19 1/2" full length removable cutting board, which is made from sanitary high density NSF approved white polyethylene. The doors to the storage area below come equipped with 12" recessed door handles and swing within the cabinet's dimensions for easy loading and unloading. Drawers are available as an alternative to doors. TPPs come standard with 5" casters and are available with 6" legs no charge. On the interior of a TPP you will find NSF approved white aluminum walls with a stainless steel floor and easy cleaning coved corners. Another interior feature is the two adjustable heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves per door section. Each door comes with easily removable gaskets. The deep interior of a TPP allows room for 18" x 26" sheet pans or dough boxes. In drawer units, you can fit two full size pans in each drawer. The entire cabinet is foamed in place with zero ozone depletion potential, zero global warming potential Eco-mate foam. True's patented forced air design moves air below the food pans to keep the product temperature between 33 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. TPPs have an oversized and balanced refrigeration system that ensures faster temperature recovery and shorter run times in the busiest of foodservice environments. This prep refrigerator features a 19 1/2" deep full length polyethylene cutting board, giving you plenty of space to slice toppings and hold even large pies while you assemble them. To keep ingredients handy, its refrigerated pan rail accommodates (15) 1/3 size, 6" deep food pans, while foam insulated lids keep pans cold and lock in freshness when not in use. For added storage capabilities, each drawer also accommodates (2) full size 8" deep food pans (sold separately) of your most-used items, and the refrigerated cabinet comes with (4) adjustable heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves.
