double duty, refrigerated deli case comes
with 3 lower vinyl coated
wire shelves and 1 adjustable
upper stainless steel shelf.
It uses an oversized (134A)
gravity coil refrigeration
system to hold ideal
temperatures of between 38 degrees
and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The exterior of
the
True TDBD-72-2 is stainless
steel and the interior is NSF-
approved, white vinyl coated
sides and top. The floor is a
300-series stainless steel
and has coved corners. It
also has a refrigerated,
lower rear storage and a 115V
receptacle for scales or
slicers. The lighting for the
True TDBD-72-2 is in the rear
and front and the fluorescent
lamps are low UV-emitting, to
enhance the color in red
meat. It has an automatic
defrost time clock, and is a
self-contained unit. The
overall dimensions are 72"W x
35 1/8"D x 55"H. The True
TDBD-72-2 comes with a one
year warranty on all parts, a
one year on labor and an
additional four years on the
compressor only (no labor).
