The True STR2H-4HG Specification Series two section glass half door reach in heated holding cabinet provides stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food. It achieves ideal holding temperatures between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit thanks to four 1000 watt stainless steel finned tube heating elements (two per section). The holding cabinet's low-velocity fans assure even temperature distribution, while the half door design also results in better thermal retention since you're only opening part of the cabinet!
An exterior on/off switch and a temperature control dial make temperature adjustments quick and easy. Each self closing, energy efficient triple pane thermal glass door features a convenient 120 degree "stay open" feature for ease of use, with a hinge and closure system backed by a lifetime guarantee.
The Specification Series STR2H-4HG heated glass door holding cabinet features a 300 series stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and ease of cleaning.
The entire cabinet features foamed-in-place environmentally friendly "Ecomate" insulation. This True STR2H-4HG heated holding cabinet comes equipped with six adjustable chrome shelves. A 12" x 20" food pan for water is also included, if cabinet humidity is desired. It is not designed to heat ambient or cold product, and is UL and NSF Listed.
