The True STR2H-2S Specification Series solid 2 door reach in heated holding cabinet provides stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit thanks to low-velocity fans that assure even temperature distribution! Four stainless steel 1000W heating elements plus two solid doors ensure excellent heat retention and recovery. An exterior on/off switch and a temperature control dial make temperature adjustments quick and easy.
The positive seal, self-closing doors have a convenient 120 degree "stay open" feature for ease of use, and their hinge and closure system is backed by a lifetime guarantee.
The Specification Series STR2H-2S solid double door hot holding cabinet features a 300 series stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and ease of cleaning. The entire cabinet features foamed-in-place environmentally friendly "Ecomate" insulation. This True STR2H-2S heated cabinet comes equipped with 6 adjustable chrome shelves. A 12" x 20" food pan for water is also included, if cabinet humidity is needed. It is not designed to heat ambient or cold product. UL and NSF Listed, and requires a 115/208-230V electrical connection. The True STR2H-2S must be hard wired.
