As part of True's Specification Series TG Series, the True STG2HPT-2S-2S two section solid door pass-thru reach in heated holding cabinet provides stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The pass-through design enables the holding cabinet to be placed conveniently between your kitchen and serving or prep area for easy restocking and access!
Its low-velocity fans plus two 1000W heating elements per section and insulated solid doors ensure excellent heat retention, recovery, and even temperature distribution. An exterior on/off switch and a temperature control dial make temperature adjustments quick and easy.
The positive seal, self-closing front and rear doors each have a convenient 120 degree "stay open" feature for ease of use, and the hinge and closure systems are backed by a lifetime guarantee.
The two section Specification Series STG2HPT-2S-2S heated solid door pass through holding cabinet features a 300 series stainless steel front, with anodized aluminum sides, back and bottom. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, with a stainless steel door liner and stainless steel floor. The entire cabinet features foamed-in-place environmentally friendly "Ecomate" insulation. This pass-thru True STG2HPT-2S-2S heated holding cabinet comes equipped with six adjustable chrome shelves.
A 12" x 20" food pan for water is also included, if cabinet humidity is desired. This holding cabinet is not designed to heat ambient or cold product. It is UL and NSF Listed, and requires a 115/208-230V electrical connection, and must be hard wired. For additional details and installation requirements, please consult the Specification Sheet.
