As part of True's Specification Line STA Series, the True STA1H-1S one section solid door reach in heated holding cabinet provides stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Its low-velocity fans plus a 1500W heating element and high density "Ecomate" insulation ensure excellent heat retention, recovery, and even temperature distribution.
