Featuring a long rotating blade, this tool will cut a beautiful garland out of your vegetables or fruits for an exquisite presentation. The tool boasts an extra sharp blade for smooth, consistent cuts. Also, the red hole on the end of the blade helps to rotate the blade while cutting and can be used to conveniently hang it up when not in use.

To use, begin by getting a raw vegetable like a radish, potato, or zucchini, or even a piece of fruit, and make sure it is cut into thick pieces. Take the long metal pin, insert it into the end of the blade so it sticks out of the threaded side, then gently insert the pin into the center of your piece of produce. Twist the food so that the threads catch and then you can pull the pin halfway out. Now just take the blade and rotate it continuously around the food and as you do so the blade will move up the piece of food and create a long, continuous garland. All that is left is to remove the tool and serve this garland to your customers. You can fry it up or serve it raw with a signature dressing or dip.
