Create delicious steamed dumplings, dim sum, vegetables, fish and more with this spacious Town YF-STMR-SS-P two compartment gas fired steamer range! Great for use with any food that may be cooked with high, continuous steam heat, this durable type 304 stainless steel steamer quickly generates and retains heat for optimum performance. Two doors and four shelves make it easy to utilize every inch for food pans and dim sum steamers!
The 32 tip jet burner produces up to 116,000 BTU of heat for powerful steaming, and the double wall insulated doors and insulated steel angle iron fire chamber ensure that heat and steam are enclosed to thoroughly penetrate and cook your foods. For maximum convenience, four perforated stainless steel trays are included to hold products while they steam. A single valve control (not thermostatic) with pilot safety device powers the unit.
This steamer range sits on four stainless steel legs and features door hinges on the right side. A 4" drain; a 1 1/4" gas connection and 1/2" hot or cold water connection are required for operation. ETL and NSF Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details. Choose fuel type.

exception of safety pilot systems which are covered by a 90 day warranty. Safety pilot systems installed without drip legs are not
covered by this warranty. Defective parts returned prepaid will be repaired or replaced subject to our inspection and returned freight
collect. Mishandling or abuse of equipment or components is not covered by this warranty and repairs or replacement will be made at
a nominal charge. Labor costs to return or replace parts in this equipment are the responsibility of the purchaser, as are proper
installation and adjustments.
