The steamer chamber and deck provide ample working space to help streamline operations during busy times in your restaurant, tea house, buffet, or other establishment.
Whether making savory shrimp cheung fun, or a delicious breakfast version, this steamer's removable, perforated aluminum steaming plate is situated over a 14 gauge stainless steel water tank to provide optimum steam levels. Plus, for added convenience, a tank fill faucet is built into the unit! The single steamer chamber is heated by a two ring burner that features safety controls to boost safety and performance.
This cheung fun range requires a 1 1/4" gas connection and 1/2" cold water connection for operation. ETL Listed. Choose fuel type.

exception of safety pilot systems which are covered by a 90 day warranty. Safety pilot systems installed without drip legs are not
covered by this warranty. Defective parts returned prepaid will be repaired or replaced subject to our inspection and returned freight
collect. Mishandling or abuse of equipment or components is not covered by this warranty and repairs or replacement will be made at
a nominal charge. Labor costs to return or replace parts in this equipment are the responsibility of the purchaser, as are proper
installation and adjustments.
