Built to withstand the rigors of any commercial foodservice environment, this knife features a stainless steel blade that will withstand rust and corrosion while maintaining its sharp edge. Additionally, the wooden handle is attached to the handle with brass rivets to provide a rigid and secure connection.
This onion knife also has a sheepsfoot blade design. This design has a straight, sharp blade and a slightly thicker, dull back spine that curves down to meet the sharpened edge. This design gives the knife what is known as a "false point." Given the shape and design of the blade and handle, this knife will help your staff make quick work of peeling and preparing onions for use in your kitchen.
