Suggested Recipe: Genteel Gin and Tonic
Single Serving
1.5 oz. Gin
0.25 oz. Aloe liqueur
1 oz. Top Hat East India tonic concentrate
1 Squeeze fresh lime
4 oz. Seltzer water

Mix all ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Garnish with sliced cucumbers and mint and serve.

5 Gallon Batch
5 Liters gin
1 Bottle aloe liqueur
3 Bottles Top Hat East India tonic concentrate
12 oz. Fresh lime juice
8 Liters water (to be carbonated)

Combine ingredients directly in a 5 gallon keg to create a bulk supply of cocktails.
