This Taylor Precision 9524 infrared, non-contact thermometer performs HACCP-level surface temperature measurements at receiving and monitors surface temperatures during cooking.

This thermometer also checks hot holding and serving temperatures, plus it ensures uniform storage temperatures. The Taylor 9524 has a temperature range from -4 degrees Fahrenheit to 605 degrees Fahrenheit and it operates on one, 9-volt battery that is included. Super-fast, 0.5 second response time.

    Taylor 9524 Infrared Thermometer with Laser Sight

    This is a great all purpose surface temperature thermometer. If you don;t need internal readings, this is quick and convenient and because of its range, it can read from deep fryers and griddle to walk-in temps.
