This infrared thermometer is great for temping anything. I mostly use it for meats because I don't have to clean it after. It's really convenient.

This is great for temping flat pieces of meat and even court boullions! This will allow for exact temperatures when poaching delicate items like quail eggs!

This tool is amazing in the kitchen!! Perfect for determining the temperature of poaching liquid or our tandoori oven. Its quick and easy. I love sniping pots across the kitchen!

This item is flimsy at best. within days of purchasing the item and with normal wear & tear, the back cover for the batteries popped off and we used a rubberband to hold teh batteries in. otherwise works fine.

Works excellently. I use this to check the deck temperature in my ovens on a daily basis. Also I use to check temps on caramel / candy creation, easier and cleaner than a floating thermometer. Note that in candy applications the surface temp is not always as hot as interior, so stir it up!

This infared thermometer was a great addition to our kitchen. We can check all of our hot and cold food as well as our coolers and freezers in a matter of seconds. With its point and shoot funtion -all of our employees can use it with ease.

What a great way to temp food items! Easy to use, quick response time and eliminates the hassle of having to sanitize in between items! Good for checking heating temperatures of ovens too!!

We use this to temp everything from steam table to sauces. I also use for checking refrigeration to make sure all is working and food is kept to proper temp.

This thermometer is great. We use it for candy making and is accurate and you dont have to worry about holding the thermometer to the pot. The best is that you can use it for several batches at the same time.

This is a great all purpose surface temperature thermometer. If you don;t need internal readings, this is quick and convenient and because of its range, it can read from deep fryers and griddle to walk-in temps.
