Taylor makes great timers. I use these everyday and it works perfect. Very easy to set the time and it remembers the time so that way you can keep cooking.

This timer comes in such handy. So simple to use, instead of all the cooks checking the pasta every one minute to see if its done, just set a solid cooking time and set the timer!

We have had a couple different timers that other companies have supplied through the years. This has been a great little timer and we will order agian!

I have read all the reviews on this timer and they ALL are correct. It IS a good timer until it starts to flake out. We lost sensitivity on the #1 button first, then one day it just started beeping (had to take the batteries out). Put new batteries in and it worked again for about another month. Just yesterday it was timing and froze! (we lost a batch of fries!) Put new batteries in again thinking it would help, it timed 1 item and now nothing works! It is a great little 4 event timer, and I guess you get what you pay for. It's still a whole lot cheaper than spending a ton on a real one! So I guess spending a little bit every other year on a timer will just have to work for us :) (I will buy a backup one now, because when you loose your timer in a busy restaurant.....well.....you know what happens)

In our loud shared kitchen space we were missing the other timers we had used. This is bight, loud, and will be heard over anything else going on in the kitchen. Just the timer needed.

Perfect for timing foods in the fry station. It works like a charm, beeps loud when food cycle is completed and is easy to clean and maintain.

When you first use this product you think that your fire alarm is going of and telling you to leave the building, but i promise you will never burn anything up.

    from EPTING EVENTS Posted on

I purchased this timer on March 3, 2016. The + button for the minutes has already stopped working, which makes it useless for me. What a waste of money. I will not be ordering this timer again!

Great timer for the kitchen. Easy to use and set up. Allows me to set three different times and the alarm is loud enough for everyone to hear.

These are a workhouse in my kitchen. We use them every day, all day. They are loud, easy to use (a double click on the time will bring up the last time, very useful!) and pretty sturdy. The issues I have had after 13 years of using these: 1) They can crap out without notice. 2) I had a pair in which one would not turn off, and the other would not turn on. 3) The touch controls can become much less sensitive as they are used. It does take a while, but still. They are garbage after that. Other good things are that they can lay flat, so you can use them one handed. Perfect when one hand is covered in fried chicken batter. Overall recommend.

We bought two of these timers and we're so happy with them very loud and accurate. Until I'm one the stop button stopped working and on the other the minute Plus button stopped working I don't think I will buy the same one I think I'm going to buy the Step Up

I ended up purchasing this model as a recommendation from Webstaurant Store when I initially chose a more expensive timer. This timer has served my kitchen well for keeping track of items on multiple tickets. Easy to use and loud enough to cut through a busy kitchen. Great product and price.

We don't use it much since our oven does come with a timer, but when we use it for other things like proofing dough/making sure baked goods go in at the proper time, the 4-event feature really helps us out!

    from Hamilton's Bakery Posted on

What an amazing deal! I love this timer and have had it for a long time, its literally half the cost on this web site. This is my second one in 10 years.

The timer works well. I have had no problems with the memory functions and it keeps consistent time. You definitely won’t miss the sound it makes.

from Eastern Managment Sports Posted on

I thought this timer had a memory function where you could program different events. It does not. I wish this timer had a memory. You need to enter the amount of time for each thing. It does time 4 different events and is LOUD enough to hear over our Hood.

Bought two of these timers about 7 months ago, and while they did a fair job for a while, they've both become a bit flaky. For one, the start/stop button doesn't work most of the time anymore.. we have to push it multiple times to get the timer to stop or start. Very frustrating when we're busy. Secondly, the timer randomly stops/resets sometimes leaving us wondering when the food will be ready. Also, the timers are a bit too loud in my opinion, with no way to adjust.

    from Johnny Gryll's Posted on

Great timer. Four timers is very handy and perfect for my business. The unit is durable and no worries of easily knocking it on the floor like smaller timers. Does beep pretty loudly, but a piece of tape on the back remedies that.

We have (had) two of these timers. When they worked they worked very well. However, they both began to be a bit flaky. They would randomly reset. I changed batteries even when the batteries tested strong. Then one...the one that still works...strated to not want to turn off. I had to resort to taking the batteries out. Now it is working fine again. The second, newer, one was purchased in July, and is now completely junk. All the lights would suddenly just start blinking anytime a button was pressed...even with fresh batteries.

This is a very loud timer so there is no chance that you will not realize when it is going off . We used it to time fried things like chicken strips and french fries.
