I purchased several of these to have around the kitchen. I prefer digital thermometers because of their accuracy. We have not had any problems with this model, definitely worth the price.

Got this themometer for my husband so he would stop stealing mine. The long probe length makes it ideal to use on roast or a smoked boston butt. The reading time is less than 5 seconds, so he doesnt lose much heat or smoke out of his smoker. All in all its a great tool and addition to his BBQ toolbox!

Digital probe thermometers are a must have in the kitchen. They make quick work of temp read outs and making sure foods are safe. The holster for this model tends to become loose very quickly, so the thermometer will slide of fall out, if you're not careful. The thermometer unit itself works like a charm though.

Not the flashiest one on the market but never the less it does a good job helping us keep everyone safe. It is reliable and easy to use.

I like the Tru Temp Digital Read Thermometer. It is much easier to read than dial thermometers and I can rely on it to be accurate.

I used this thermometer in school and sadly it dropped and broke. I just had to buy another because it is so accurate with temperatures.

good thermomerer, takes a accutrate temrature and cheap enough so i can purchase one for all my employees, now they take temps on everything and are aware of the importance of knowing the danger zone..

this thermometer was a a great value, and has worked very well with consistent accurate readings even after it fell into a kettle of soup!

This is a very good quality digital thermometer which takes the guesswork out the hard to read dial thermometers. And, it comes with an extra battery!

Great quality and a great price. You can never have enough of these. You can be sure the food you are serving has been prepared at a correct temperature. Good product.

Ok digital Thermometer at least it came with a spare battery. It isnt what I thought it was. It takes a long time to get a good reading. I cook for a church outdoorsmen group and a mobile crisis responce team. During a wild game dinner I used it to check the temp. on turkeys and pheasents that were deep fryed, smoked or roasted the thermometer was slow to give a reading so i went back to my old reliable dial style thermometer.

You can't beat these things for speed and accuracy. Much quicker then the dial/non digital type. All the cooks hate getting stuck with the old kind now ..which will all be gone from my kitchen soon. Only drawback is they are kinda fragile where the battery or a wire will come loose inside, but nothing a little knock on the palm of your hand or adjusting the piece of metal that contacts the battery won't take care of.

Really great price for a solid product. I had an "instant read" thermometer before but prefer the look and speed of digital. This will definitely be a mainstay in my kitchen.

Great thermometer for candy making. I use it for small batches of toffee, candy, marshmallows, etc. The digital feature makes the temperature reading fool proof.

Pretty much a necessity if you're cooking meat, etc. This works just like it needs to for us and is a pretty good price. Thanks!

We love the probe thermometer almost as much as we love our infrared thermometer. The only, and I mean only, drawback is that you have to sanitize the probe with every use.

A must have for a very reasonable price. Every kitchen employee should have one (or more). The damage to reputation from just one undercooked order will pay for this, and more!
