Although this can be used with relish, it's best for relish that's not runny/watery. Condiments/sauces that are watery or thin are not recommended for this pump. The pump screws on to the 1 gallon jug, allowing you to efficiently serve dressings and sauces. Use this pump kit to dispense condiments at your self-service station for guests to use at their leisure, or position it behind the counter for staff to maintain greater portion control!
