Use this built-in fridge to store bottles, food items, and garnishes in your fast-paced commercial kitchen.

This refrigerator features a large interior with a 4.8 cu. ft. capacity and adjustable glass shelves so you can rearrange the storage space to meet your needs or remove them for easy cleaning. The floor of the unit is designed with special bottle slots to securely store wine and other bottles. The fridge features internal fan-forced cooling that keeps the unit at an even temperature as well as electronic controls with a digital thermostat to ensure easy temperature management. This unit is also designed for no-frost operation for minimal user maintenance and features a sabbath-mode setting that disables the lighting and alarm for up to 48 hours. The unit also has a temperature memory function that retains its last settings when power is restored to minimize loss due to a power outage.
