This unit can cut materials that are up to 2" wide and cuts material lengths from 1 13/16" to 39". It is compatible with material with a maximum outside roll diameter of 7". The safety guard system prevents cutter activation in the presence of foreign objects such as fingers or tools.

This material cutter features an automatic material feed and cut, with a photo-electric actuation of its cutter feed. This ensures a faster production speed, greater accuracy, and an elimination of unnecessary waste. The digital length adjustment and manual override of preset lengths also ensures consistency across cut material. This material cutter will eliminate operator fatigue caused by manual cutting. It is ideal for commercial assembly kitting applications.
