This griddle features two evenly spaced 28,300 BTU U-shaped burners to provide consistent heat across the 1" thick polished steel grilling plate, and a safety pilot is supplied for each burner. The heavy duty metal thermostats are throttled for fast temperature adjustment, and they are designed to last longer and stand up to the rigors of every-day use. The stainless steel front panel, bull nose, and 4 1/2" splash guard help keep the operator safe when cooking. And for fast and easy cleaning, a 3 1/4" front grease trough and chute and 4.5 qt. grease drawer collect runoff from cooking. Field convertible from natural gas to liquid propane fuel and UL Listed.
