This attractive Star HFD2ASPT pass-through display case draws attention to your most tempting foods with colorful eye-catching graphics, powerful illumination, and humidity control that keeps your food looking moist and delicious! Fill the three 19 1/2" x 15 5/8" universal racks with mouth-watering chicken, ribs, pastries or hot sandwiches while using only 21 1/8" of countertop space. The unit's convenient pass-through doors allow you to easily load products from behind the counter while customers still have self-service available on the opposite side.

Thanks to a reliable humidity control and a temperature control that ranges from 70 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, you can be confident that this merchandiser will hold your products at just the right temperature and texture, keeping tastiness on par with visual appeal! An easy to read LED temperature display allows you to monitor the unit's temperature from across the room, while a 3 qt. water reservoir and a low water indicator light ensure that your foods will always stay moist and delicious.

This display cabinet has a durable stainless steel body and aluminum corner posts with strong, tempered glass doors and side panels. The Star HFD2ASPT humidified display case is UL Listed and comes complete with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
