This flour sifter is made of 18-8 stainless steel with a highly polished body, handle and 16-mesh screen. The beater is chrome-plated with wire reinforcement on the bottom, and it can sift up to 8 cups of flour at a time. This sifter measures 6 1/8" in diameter and 6 1/2" in height.
